In this FREE online class, Alicia Mathlin {Meditation Pusher}, will guide you through the pillars of building a simple daily meditation practice and teach you a beginner's meditation to get you started on your journey toward meditating every day. You will discover your own ability to manage stress, reduce anxiety and improve your overall well being. This is a beginner's class, however all levels are welcome.
